You can cancel your subscription by logging into your account. Under "Your Subscription(s)", click "Edit". Scroll to the bottom of the page and select "Cancel Subscription".
Re-bills occur on the 26th of every month. If you signed up for a month-to-month subscription, you will be re-billed the 26th of every month. If you sign up between the 27th and the 15th of the following month, you will be re-billed on the 26th If you signed up for a 3 month or 6 month prepay, then you will be re-billed on the 26th of every third and sixth month respectively from the time you signed up.
Every Friday we send out an email containing a one-time unique coupon code for you to your email address on file. If you have not received it, please email us at contact us and we will get that to you immediately.
Crates ship by the 20th of every month and should arrive 3-5 days after that for US customers. Shipping times for international customers range from 10-21 days.
